TERMS OF SERVICES
& GUIDELINES
TERMS OF SERVICES
I don't work without legible reference sheets. This may include reference sheets created by professional artists or a drawing on a piece of paper. I need the reference sheet to be understandable.
I only work for +18 people.
I do not work with AI-made characters.
I don't work if I can't communicate with my client via Discord, Telegram, or email.
I do not work with deadlines. No exception.
Art that includes gore, depressing, or violent scenes is not to my liking. However, if such scenes have a narrative context for a dramatic story, I might consider working on them, but with a somewhat superficial approach to those themes.
BILLING will be made in two installments only (called "milestones"). These milestones are non-refundable unless the client has paid both installments ahead of schedule.
I will work on my client's idea, but I have the right to add unsolicited details to enrich the narrative.
I do not consent to the reproduction, editing, or alteration of my drawings, whether for a real individual or AI.
I do consent the referencing of my artworks, such as the art style, anatomy, lineart, shading, coloring or technique.
I do consent the client cropping the art.
All the updates related to my clients' commissions can be found in my Trello. However, the client may ask for an update or information.
The client may ask for modifications to the artwork being worked on. However, I can't make major changes to the artwork once the sketch is finished.
The client's feedback is an important part of the working process.
I can work with text descriptions or doodles made by the client, but I do not work referrencing AI-made works.
I have the right to cancel the commission once a milestone is completed. However, I don't usually do this.
CREATIVE RIGHTS
The client can share the artwork publicly.
The client must share specific credit to my socials when the artwork is shared publicly. At least share my Twitter or Instagram.
The client can print the artwork design on an object, such as a pillow, a painting, clothing, etc., for personal use. I simply ask that you notify me before I begin the sketch, as I can adjust my work accordingly for a better result.
I conserve commercial rights over the artwork. This means that any client seeking to exploit my creations, such as using the artwork to SELL pillows, paintings, clothing, etc., on a massive scale, must be notified in advance; whether during the commission, before or after. I can sell the commercial rights by adding +200% to the commission price or agree to a royalty payment per product.
In case that the client disrespect the commercial rights agreement, I may proceed to publicly expose my case and/or initiate legal proceedings.
The client may request a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) during the commission request.
I can share my artwork publicly, unless an NDA agreement is signed.
GUIDELINES
As a full-time furry concept artist, I work every day without holidays for most of my daily routine; with breaks for eating, showering, and resting or leisure time. In advance, if the making of the artwork seems stuck it may be due to burnout or creativity pit.I can work ANY species. I have a preference for detailed characters, especially if they have lore, clothing or any storytelling detail.I do make NSFW artworks, but only straight and/or lesbian oriented, as I'm more comfortable due to my sexual orientation. At the moment, I only do Suggestive NSFW theme. You may ask if this has changed when filling the commission form.Whatever the commission type, I always draw several sketches (at no extra charge) to test out the best angle, pose, and expression. It is a quality goal inherent to my work.I don't work with deadlines. This is a fundamental rule in my work, as delivery times severely affect the quality of my work. I prioritize quality over fast delivery time.My BILLING METHOD is based on two milestones: the first begins before starting the sketch and ends after finishing it; the second begins after finishing the sketch and ends after finishing the artwork. I get paid upfront in halves.
As for YCHs, I get total paid upfront.I don't offer refunds due to my "upfront payment" policy. This is because I'm paid upfront to begin the milestone. Should the client wish to cancel the commission or postpone payment, the work will be held until further notice. In the meantime, I will complete the milestone. All my clients and non-clients can check my queue visiting my Trello. The information shared there does not compromise any of my client's personal data, such as the payment amount, contact information, or social medias. It only provides the client's character reference sheet, the description of the artwork, and the type of commission. This is to safeguard the security and privacy of my clients. The commission updates are available on my Trello. These updates remain my property, as I use them as proof of my work, commission updates, and evidence of an active queue.I do NOT work with stolen characters or characters not owned by the client. However, I do accept requests for art gifts and surprise art.I never remove the watermarks from my creations. This is to ensure that any owner of the drawing credits me for my work. However, I can remove the watermark in case the artwork will be printed on an object. As a creator, I have a deep respect for creative rights. This prevents me from violating the creative rights of other creators or using AI-generated characters or references.I don't usually reject commission requests unless my queue is too full, I'm busy doing something unrelated to my work, I'm not interested in the type of commission being offered, I don't like the character proposed in the request, or I didn't like the contact with my client. Please, do not take it personal if I declined your request.I don't intend to work for people with a dramatic history in the fandom, but if I accept a commission request from a client with a beware or drama, I will not share my client's name when I use the work I created to showcase my work. I am not responsible for my client's actions. From my perspective, I am just an artist trying to overcome economic difficulties.
